Its a 3stroke actually.....

Does this mean intake, compression, power, exhaust, intake, exhaust then back to intake, compression, power exhaust then the extra intake and exhaust. But thats a lot of oxygen in the exhaust unless they have figured out a way to not use oxygen sensors and not lean out the exhaust. This could be done with 4 valve heads and changing the cam timing ratio. So its 3 turns of the crank to one of the cam. The intake valve could open for cycle 1 and 5. But it would take 2 exhaust valves. One for the 4th stroke and a different exhaust valve and separate exhaust port that does not flow into the exhaust manifolds past the oxygen sensors but come in after the cats. That would work great you only need a second exhaust valve and second exhaust port. Very interesting.

More power from the same fuel ? That means that there is unburned fuel in the cylinder so if you mix new air with that unburned fuel . . . .if there is enough mix to cause another ignition of the same unburned fuel, this really makes this a big BIG DEAL ! ! It however, can NOT be achieved with the same engine design. Camshafts must be redesigned to accomodate all 6 cycles. Also, the exhaust after the power stroke would have to be transferred to another cylinder rather than exhausted, otherwise the unburned fuel is lost through the exhaust stroke. The intake valves will now be subject to carbon buildup and there is no "final cylinder" that would recieve any transferred unburned fuel (?) Would that not create the impossibility of a sixth final cycle using the existing camshaft design ?

Sounds like total BS to me. You need more oxygen to burn the remaining hydrocarbons. There is no opportunity to take in more oxygen if you go straight from the power stroke to a second comprehension stroke.

Yeah squeezing more out of the same would be a 2 stroke not a 6 stroke .
